Located at the foot of the Luberon, Domaine du Coffre is the passionate project of three brothers united by their love of the vine, wine, and Provence. Each brings unique expertise as we cultivate the land inherited from our parents, continuing a long-standing family tradition of winemaking.

An exceptional terroir in the AOP Luberon

The vineyard of Domaine du Coffre stretches across the sun-drenched hillsides of the Luberon, a region renowned for the richness of its terroir and the diversity of its AOP Luberon wines. Our old vines, carefully planted by our grandfather, draw their strength from this rich and varied soil.

Iconic southern grape varieties

We mainly grow grape varieties that are emblematic of the Luberon region: Grenache Blanc and Rolle for our white wines, as well as Grenache Noir and Syrah for our red and rosé wines.

Environmentally respectful viticulture

Committed to preserving our environment, we practice a respectful form of viticulture, in harmony with natural rhythms and biodiversity. Every sip of our white, red or rosé wines expresses the uniqueness of our terroir and the richness of the AOP Luberon.

La Joly Winery - between tradition and modernity

The Domaine du Coffre cellar, named La Joly Winery, is where the magic happens. Nestled in the heart of the Luberon, it’s where we craft our AOP Luberon wines with both finesse and character. Each bottle—red, white, or rosé—is the result of meticulous work and shared passion.

All three of us are passionate about wine, and it was under the initiative of Florent, the youngest brother, that we created a place where traditional techniques meet modern approaches. Florent gained unique winemaking experience through his travels to renowned wineries around the world, allowing us to create wines that pay tribute to our heritage and the Luberon terroir.
