The classification of your accommodation is a guarantee of quality for your customers. The tourist office is now able to
- Classify your bed and breakfast accommodation in accordance with the "Chambres d'hôtes Référence" standard proposed by Office de Tourisme de France.
- Classify your seasonal rental accommodation according to the "Meublé de Tourisme" classification guidelines proposed by Atout France
The aim of Chambre d'hôtes référence® is to enable non-labelled bed and breakfasts to guarantee their customers the quality of their service, while helping to improve the quality of tourist accommodation in the destination. Chambre d'hôtes référence® is not intended to replace the labels, but to be a solution for operators who wish to upgrade their offer but do not wish to join a label.
The classification of furnished tourist accommodation is voluntary. It comprises 5 categories ranging from 1 to 5 stars and is valid for 5 years, at the end of which time the landlord must submit a new classification application if he wants his accommodation to continue to be classified.
